Job Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts Trainee to assist in our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team to support daily accounting activities and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers.

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Reconcile bank statements and assist in account reconciliations.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Assist in tax filings, GST returns, and other regulatory compliance.

Participate in financial audits and internal reviews.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and data entry.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
