Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to evaluate financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify risks and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial records, operational processes, and risk management systems.

• Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend corrective actions.

• Review compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.

• Collaborate with management to improve financial controls and operational efficiencies.

• Assist in fraud detection, investigations, and forensic audits if required.

• Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes in audit methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and audit standards.

• Proficiency in auditing tools and accounting software (SAP, Tally, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
