Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Coordinate with auditors for financial and tax audits.
    • Develop and monitor budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
    • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
    • Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and decision-making.
    • Implement financial controls and best practices.
    • Leverage accounting software to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
