Job Summary:
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The candidate may have to travel to other states for audit. The Accountant will be responsible for
1) Maintaining financial records of clients
2) Filing GST/TDS/EPF/ESI Returns and
3) Assisting in Internal Audits and bank audits.
4) Filing of forms with RBI for NBFCs
A bike is preferable for audit purposes.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
2) 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3) Proven ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
4) Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and principles.
5) Experience with accounting software such as Tally is mandatory.
6) Experience in Excel is mandatory.
7) Experience in filing of GST returns and TDS returns is mandatory.
8) Experience in filing of EPF/ESI returns is preferable.
9) Experience in Internal Audit is preferable.
Salary Package:
Depending on Candidate – Rs 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month – Fixed amount
Diwali Bonus – 1 month last drawn salary.
Retention bonus – 1 month last drawn salary after 1 year of joining.
Joining Bonus - depending on candidate
